After over 30 years in the healthcare food services industry, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative a high-quality meal can be. My passion lies in bringing fine dining to healthcare environments like nursing homes, assisted living centers, and rehab facilities, where the dining experience can significantly impact residents' well-being and overall quality of life.

I hold a degree from Wayne State University and have spent my career perfecting my expertise in culinary health advisory, customized menu planning, and hospitality training. I’m dedicated to improving dining standards by offering healthcare facilities the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of fine dining, making each meal more than just a necessity, it becomes an experience to cherish.
